Ingredients(Makes 10–12 pieces)

  • Frozen shelled edamame: 50g (thawed)
  • Fish paste (white fish preferred): 200g
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon potato starch
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  • Mix the fish paste and salt well in a bowl.
  • Add the edamame and potato starch, gently combining.
  • Form into bite-sized balls.
  • Deep fry at 170°C until lightly golden and cooked through.
